The Mark on Pearl

The redevelopment of The Mark on Pearl, located just east of Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado, will re-position the formerly commercial property as an urban infill project. Within walking distance of the iconic Pearl Street, there are multiple grocery stores close by, including Whole Foods Market. In addition, the site is just a short distance from 29^th Street Mall, a vibrant collection of shops and boutiques.

The site will be composed of eight luxury living units with loft like interiors, multiple decks with commanding views of the foothills and the flatirons, as well as private yards. There will be eight units total:

• Units one and two will be stand alone units, each with a total square footage of 1,500.
• Unit three will be a town home, with a total square footage of 1,520.
• Units four through seven will also be town homes, but these will be larger, with each being 1,970 square feet in total.
• Unit eight will be an apartment, at 1,600 square feet total.
